Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our team at Advance Services, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating robotic welding equipment to assemble hydraulic cylinders, rods, and tubes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate robotic welding equipment to assemble components according to specifications
  • Set up and maintain welding fixtures and robotic work centers
  • Monitor and correct weld defects, ensuring high-quality products
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Enter production data into computer systems and complete routing sheets
  • Direct part overruns to correct locations and ensure efficient production flow
  • Wash and prepare components for welding, adhering to production standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and productive work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Related post-secondary training and/or experience, preferred
Competencies
  • Strong understanding of welding processes and robotic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret sketches and prints
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve welding-related issues
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to measure components
