Role Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Care Management, or a related discipline (e.g., Psychology, Vocational Rehabilitation) along with three years of customer service experience in a clinical or social service environment; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in quality assurance evaluations.
  • Familiarity with the Wellness, Comprehensive Assessment, Rehabilitation, and Employment (WeCARE) Program.
  • Experience in dynamic, performance-oriented team settings.
  • Strong skills in customer service, engagement, and care management.
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented capabilities, with experience in publicly funded programs.
  • Experience collaborating with Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Individual Vocational Assessment Plans.
  • Proficient in accommodating clients' needs and knowledgeable about HIPAA/PII regulations.
  • Ability to effectively utilize MS Word Suite and client management systems.
  • Experience with clinical evaluations and Functional Capacity Outcomes; proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
