As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a variety of settings. Your duties will include:
- Monitoring the physical and mental wellbeing of residents and tracking their vital signs.
- Performing intakes of residents and documenting their health concerns and medical histories.
- Reviewing medical records and charts of residents.
- Properly administering and verifying medications.
- Helping to maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies.
- Contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
To be successful as a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:
- A current Missouri state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
- The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
