Job Title: Painter Specialist

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Harold Beck & Sons is seeking an experienced Painter Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing deburring, sandblasting, phosphatizing, and paint preparation processes.

• Perform deburring, sandblasting, phosphatizing, and paint preparation processes on various components and actuators.
• Maintain all paint system components in a clean and safe manner, adhering to established maintenance intervals.
• Analyze and resolve challenging painting problems, recommending process and tooling improvements when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical school degree or completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.
• Must have advanced knowledge of prime and finish painting procedures and be proficient in setting up paint application equipment without supervision.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for performing the job duties.
