• Complies with company policies and industry standards, ensuring adherence to appearance guidelines and local regulations regarding alcohol and food safety.
• Executes service protocols by serving beverages according to established standards, actively promoting drink options, and accurately tracking all items served.
• Collaborates with team members to complete opening, operational, and closing tasks efficiently.
• Engages in continuous training and development, staying informed through PreShift notes and meetings, while being mindful of supply costs and operational procedures.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill all job responsibilities effectively. The qualifications listed are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for success in this position.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required, with additional coursework or professional training in hospitality or business preferred. Food safety certification is also recommended.
