Job Title: Dialysis Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanderling Renal Services in Watsonville, California. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis program.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to in-center and home dialysis patients
  • Responsible for Plan of Care, monitoring, administration, and documentation of medication administration
  • Oversight of patient care technicians (including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians, and CCHT's in training)
  • Communication with the patient's nephrologist
  • Communication with other providers (SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as required for the clinic's patients
  • Work with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team on a regular basis (Social Worker Dietitian, Nephrologist, CCHT)
Requirements:
  • California Registered Nurse (RN) required
  • Strong computer literacy and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
  • Must be a team player and deal in an environment with a flexible schedule
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession
