About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Professional to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care through specimen collection and processing. As a champion of safety, compliance, and quality control, you will play a vital role in ensuring our laboratory operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus Points:

Having 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing, or certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians, will be considered an asset.

Work Environment:

This role will require routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). You will be trained on reasonable safeguards and expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards.

Working Conditions:

This full-time position is available during our first shift, Monday through Friday, with a scheduled weekly hours of 40 and a work shift of First Shift.
