About the Role:
Our Pest Management Specialists are essential to our operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will not need to report to the office daily; however, we conduct weekly meetings at our regional office to gather supplies and provide support. Once equipped, you will follow a designated route to carry out pest control services and, when necessary, educate clients on effective sanitation and storage practices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Access various structures, including crawl spaces, and navigate stairs and ladders
  2. Read and comprehend reports, pesticide labels, and training materials
  3. Utilize personal protective equipment as mandated by OSHA
  4. Inspect for pests, their habitats, and entry points
  5. Employ application and inspection equipment, along with hand and power tools
  6. Adapt to diverse environmental conditions, including seasonal weather and varying locations
  7. Inform clients about proper sanitation and storage practices
  8. Schedule new accounts within an established route
  9. Advise clients on necessary sanitation measures as part of the pest control program
  10. Collaborate with supervisors regarding sanitation and pest elimination
  11. Work with the quality control department as needed for training or pest issue resolution
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license is necessary
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background screening and drug testing
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical capability to lift 25 pounds and navigate confined spaces
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in independent work environments
