About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team at Air Pros. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing a variety of HVAC equipment in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, remove, maintain, and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment
  • Diagnose HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects
  • Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services
  • Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and understand the advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
  • Participate in all technical training
  • Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a residential HVAC Installer
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 21 or older
  • Able to work well with a team
  • Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
