Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to serve as our Program Manager at Healthpro Heritage, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical therapy department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
  • Treatment and Education: Develop and implement effective treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education to patients and families.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
