- Experience in production management, stage management, event management, or a related role within the performing arts or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with theatrical production processes, including lighting, sound, staging, and production schedules.
- Proficiency in production management software and standard office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- More than the minimum required level of experience.
- Experience in an arts presenting organization, arts producing organization, university-based organization, or multi-venue performing arts organization.
- This position is based in Austin, Texas, and requires residency in the greater Austin area.
- Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
- Prolonged screen time.
- Use of manual dexterity.
- Climbing of stairs and ladders, working at height.
- Pushing, pulling, lifting, and moving up to 50 lbs.
$55,000+, depending on qualifications.
Important: Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited for through University-Wide or Open Recruiting.
Retirement Plan Eligibility: The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
Background Checks: A criminal history background check will be required for finalist(s) under consideration for this position.
