About the RoleWe are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language services to students in various schools across the district.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support and progress for students.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.
- Be adaptable and flexible, adjusting to the changing needs of different schools and students.
Requirements:
- For SLPs: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure are required.
- For SLPAs: Certification and significant experience will be considered.
- For CFs: Completed required coursework and clinical practicum, eligible for Clinical Fellowship.
