**Job Summary**

As a Direct Support Professional at Bridgewell, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also implement individualized care plans and document progress. Additionally, you will promote independence and community integration through recreational activities and outings. Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members is essential to ensure holistic care. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents is also a key responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
