Anesthesia Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at a local metro surgery center in Edina, MN and Burnsville, MN. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our medical staff.
Salary: Up to $360,000 per year, dependent on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage patients' airway or pulmonary status using techniques such as endotracheal intubation and extubating, mechanical ventilation, pharmacological support, and respiratory therapy.
- In collaboration with clinic management, establish the type and scope of anesthesia services required to meet the needs of patients and the surgery center in an independent care team model.
- Select, prepare, or use equipment, monitors, supplies, or drugs for the administration of anesthetics.
- Select, order, and administer anesthetics, adjuvant drugs, accessory drugs, fluids, or blood products.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a program approved by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Education programs.
- 5+ years of previous independent CRNA experience required.
- Previous leadership or management experience required.
