Job Title: Mental Health Associate
**Job Summary:**
As a Mental Health Associate at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing psycho-social rehabilitative services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in a Residential Rehabilitation Program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Teach and assist members with various activities of daily living skills, such as shopping, budgeting, food selections, safety skills, and mobility training.
* Maintain a minimum caseload of at least 3-5 clients and complete documentation on time.
* Work effectively in a team environment and communicate through written and verbal formats.
* Perform case management duties, including procuring and linking clients to community resources.
* Conduct one-to-one and group sessions related to teaching Activities of Daily Living skills.
* Conduct outreach with clients in the community when needed or indicated on the client's IRRP.
**Requirements:**
* High School Degree/Diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum 2 years of experience working with the mentally ill.
* Valid Maryland State Driver's license with a maximum of 2 points.
* Valid CPR Certification from the American Heart Association.
* Good writing and grammar skills.
* Ability to perform basic computer Word functions and type at least 25 words per minute.
