Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan Medical Center. As a Per Diem Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Manager and/or designee.
- Perform a variety of nursing duties, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Nursing Program, BSN preferred.
- 2 years of emergency department clinical experience.
- Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (American Heart or equivalent).
- Successful completion of GSMC medication test.
