Responsibilities:

Deliver Personalized Care:
Adhere to the meticulously developed care plan to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. Respond promptly to the needs of patients and their families, offering compassionate and unwavering support.

Assist with Personal Care:
Aid patients with various personal care tasks, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing. Your presence during these intimate moments significantly enhances their overall comfort and dignity.

Commit to Customer Service:
Prioritize exceptional customer service, striving to exceed expectations and ensure optimal patient satisfaction. Your dedication to providing outstanding care will be recognized and appreciated as part of our team.

Maintain Accurate Documentation:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Current unencumbered certification in the state as a C.N.A.

Minimum one (1) year of experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long-term care setting. Hospice experience is a plus.

Possess and maintain current CPR certification if state-mandated.
