Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a variety of administrative tasks to enhance the operational efficiency of the Nutritional Services division. Key functions include:
  • Arranging patient/resident meal selections to guarantee precision in orders and prompt meal delivery; performing data entry tasks such as typing and composing reports, memos, and forms; maintaining records and filing systems; overseeing the creation of meal tickets, nourishment labels, and production summaries for patient/resident meal plans; acting as the front desk representative and addressing interdepartmental phone inquiries; managing all office machinery and inventory of supplies for the department.
  • Occasionally step in as a Food Service Worker when necessary, which may involve responsibilities related to the setup of dining and service areas, assisting in food preparation, serving meals, delivering food, and ensuring cleanliness of the workspace and equipment.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 to 6 months of experience in clerical or a related field.
  • Proficient in operating computers, photocopiers, and other office machinery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively and courteously with a diverse range of internal personnel and external contacts.
