Job Title: Certified Home Health Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Home Health Specialist to join our team at GrandCare Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • At least one year of experience as an RN
  • Valid California LVN license required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Current California driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)
