Position Summary
This full-time role involves working on our production line to fulfill orders for various industries, including restaurants and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and participate in assembly line tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Safely handle a forklift and manage inventory effectively.
- Load pallets and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse environment.
- Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. as required.
- Pass background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.
- Ensure a safe and sanitary workspace.
- Perform maintenance duties as assigned.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse environment is necessary.
- Experience with palletizing and the ability to load pallets for extended periods is essential.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely; certification will be provided on-site.
- Capability to lift up to 60 pounds without restrictions.
- Ability to move heavy drums using appropriate equipment.
- Comfortable performing tasks while wearing necessary safety gear and following safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with operating floor scales and understanding weight measurements.
- Preferred: Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position, typically requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be available for hours worked beyond the standard schedule.
