This position offers over 30 hours per week in a professional environment.
We provide a flexible schedule for both hours and days.
Compensation ranges from $40 to $55 per hour, with medical insurance options available.
A minimum of an AA or Bachelor's degree in accounting is essential, along with a robust understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
The role involves managing office write-up clients.
Candidates should possess 3-5 years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience, including proficiency in bank reconciliations, preparation and review of financial statements, and making adjusting journal entries. Experience with CPA firms is advantageous.
Familiarity with Creative Solutions accounting software (Accounting CS) is a plus, and training will be provided.
A solid grasp of GAAP accounting standards is required.
Proficiency in 10-Key by touch is necessary.
This role also encompasses office management duties, which include professional interactions with clients.
