Job Summary
As a key member of our team at Big O Tires - Sparks / Gardnerville, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Salesperson to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in tire and auto sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of tire and auto products and services.
