Agronomy Accounting Specialist

Job Summary:
The Agronomy Accounting role at The DeLong Co., Inc. involves managing customer and vendor payments, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer payments and reconcile vendor statements
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
  • Customer service experience a plus

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and problem-solve
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
