About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Host to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet every guest promptly and with a smile
  • Manage waitlists efficiently and effectively
  • Communicate guest concerns to management when necessary
  • Answer phone calls in a timely manner and direct them accordingly
  • Provide support to fellow team members as needed

Estimated Salary

Based on industry standards and market conditions, the estimated salary for this role is between $16.00 and $18.50 per hour, depending on location and experience.
