Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse with OneHeart Medical Staffing, you will provide direct patient care and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality services.


About the Role:



  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
    • Implement and evaluate medical and nursing regimens in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
    • Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.
    • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.


Requirements:



  • Education and Experience:

    • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current New York RN license.
    • BSN required for RNs hired after 1/1/18, and all RNs hired before 1/1/18 will be required to have their BSN (or MSN) by 12/31/21.
    • One year of acute care nursing experience preferred for areas other than medical surgical or step-down.


Certifications and Training:



  • BLS certification is required.
  • ACLS certification is required for all RNs, except for NICU and OR RNs.
  • PALS certification is required for all RNs working in designated areas.
  • NRP certification is required for all RNs working in Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby and NICU units.
