We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nutrition Services Dietary Aide to join our team at Meadowlakes Retirement Village in Oklahoma City, OK. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and healthy dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing and serving meals, snacks, and hospitality items in accordance with facility methods and guidelines.
  • Ensure the dining room is set up and cleaned after use, including tasks such as rolling flatware, setting tables, and maintaining tabletop condiments and centerpieces.
  • Work with other department staff to ensure timely production, service, and clean-up of meals, snacks, and hospitality areas.
  • Properly store, chill, and reheat leftovers for later use.
  • Assist with kitchen close duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
Requirements:
  • Food handlers' card required.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Must have fundamental understanding of sanitations, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
  • Must be able to tactfully communicate with co-workers, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
  • Must have regular, predictable, and dependable attendance.
