Server Position at Testa Rossa

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Testa Rossa, a new Italian-American restaurant in the Shoppes at Brinton Lake. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests into our home with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrate competency in all steps of service
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of menu items and beverage program
  • Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality
  • Demonstrate proper professional decorum

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
  • High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
