Job Summary:
Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a travel contract in a reputable healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a ICU setting and possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in an ICU setting, 2 years preferred
- Valid RN license in the state of employment
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Eligible to work in the United States
