Job Summary

Warn Industries Inc. is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our fabrication team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating hand welding equipment to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding operations with minimal supervision
  • Rough cut and operate orbital sanders
  • Work from blueprints or verbalized instructions
  • Check measurements and perform quality control tasks
  • Assist in preventative maintenance and shop cleanup

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in fabrication and MIG welding
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints
  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work in a shop environment with exposure to loud machinery, cold temperatures, and chemicals.

Availability:

Available to work 40 hours/week, including occasional overtime and rotating shifts.
