Job Summary:
Care aides play a critical role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents. As a care aide, you will be responsible for providing physical support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting independence and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, hair care, and continence management.
- Monitor vital signs and communicate with other members of the team and families as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification desired.
