The SyncLync Hearing Aid Sales Department is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive strategic sales growth and lead the team. Reporting directly to the President, this role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to achieving company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the Sales Department, including recruiting, training, and developing sales representatives.
- Establish and execute strategic plans for sales growth and market penetration in collaboration with senior management.
- Manage high-priority customer accounts to strengthen relationships and increase market share.
- Initiate and conduct outreach to prospective clients to develop new business opportunities.
- 3+ years of industry experience in a proven sales role.
- Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics.
- Knowledge of the hearing aid or healthcare device industry preferred.
