Join the Employee Health Services Team at Northwell Health, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care to patients under the guidance of a physician. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessments and documentation of patients' medical conditions throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients, following the directives of the physician.
- Administer prescribed medications and accurately document their therapeutic effects.
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain detailed documentation of patients' medical statuses during their treatment.
- Perform assigned back office tasks and rotate as a telephone triage nurse with professionalism and efficiency.
- Adhere to all Practice policies and procedures while executing your duties.
- Fulfill related responsibilities as necessary, recognizing that all noted duties are essential functions of the role under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or a Nursing Vocational/Technical school.
- Possess a current license to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State, along with any required specialized certifications.
Compensation Information
The salary range for this position is $44,450 to $69,340 per year. This range represents a good faith estimate of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful candidate.
