The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This dynamic educator will be responsible for:

  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement educational programs that cater to the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of our young students, adhering to early learning standards and best practices.
  • Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a well-structured, inclusive classroom environment that promotes active engagement, respect, and safety among students, staff, and parents.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure seamless integration of services, share knowledge, and address concerns.
  • Child Development Monitoring: Continuously assess and document student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction and support individualized learning needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Certifications and Education: Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Certified in Child Development Associate (CDA), Certificate of Mastery, or Associate in Early Childhood.
  • Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead by example, foster a positive team environment, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and analytical skills to address challenges, adapt to changing circumstances, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
