Urologist Needed in Lafayette, IN

We are seeking a skilled Urologist to join our team in Lafayette, IN. This is a full-time, permanent position with a guaranteed salary and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. They will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. They will practice at one hospital and clinic, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

The hospital ministry is a Level III Trauma Center, with 17-bed ICU and 27-bed CCU, 7 Operating Rooms, and state-of-the-art equipment, including Digital Cystoscopy with blue light and ultrasound, Moses 2.0 Technology, Digital Ureteroscopy, and Swiss Lithoclast Trilogy Lithotripter.

The call schedule is 7 consecutive days, including 1 weekend per month, with optional and compensated additional call. The practice support staff includes an advanced practice provider.
