We are actively seeking Warehouse Inventory Selectors to enhance our workforce. This position requires the precise, safe, and efficient selection of products utilizing electric pallet jacks and forklifts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently select products from storage using pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Understand packaging and product specifications to construct pallets effectively
  • Label products accurately and secure outbound shipments
  • Utilize voice selection systems and associated hardware
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards
  • Operate machinery safely and proficiently
  • Carry out additional tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Prior experience in a distribution center or food service setting is advantageous
  • Ability to communicate in English and comply with safety regulations
  • Consistent attendance and reliability
  • Meet productivity expectations in a dynamic environment
  • Successfully pass background checks, drug screenings, and physical ability assessments

Physical Demands:

  • Stand and walk during selection processes
  • Bend, twist, and lift items within specified weight limits
  • Exert necessary pull force as required
  • Possess visual and auditory capabilities as needed
  • Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts
