We are seeking a highly skilled Content Editor to join our team at OneChild Global. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for editing and proofreading all copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all our platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to edit and proofread copy for various print and digital channels
  • Maintain consistent messaging across all communications through in-depth knowledge of AP style and house style guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of new messaging guidelines and standards
  • Collaborate across teams and cultures to share knowledge of best practices and present effective copy solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest initiatives at OneChild Global and marketing and communications best practices
Requirements
  • Demonstrates a Christ-centered faith with integrity and humility
  • Is a Child Champion and a strong fit for the OneChild culture of service, valuing relationships, being solution-minded, and collaborative
  • Excellent proofreading and editing abilities, with advanced knowledge of AP style and house style
  • Highly collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Proven ability to work well cross-culturally
  • Experience using project management tools like Wrike and posting and publishing content in tools like WordPress
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time-management skills
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor of Arts or equivalent in English, journalism, communications, or related field
  • Certification or equivalent experience may also be considered
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred
