LRS Healthcare - Lab is seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join their team on a travel assignment in a dynamic laboratory setting.

• Perform cytological examinations and diagnoses of tissue samples to detect abnormal cell growth and cancer.
• Conduct microscopic examinations of tissue samples and prepare slides for examination.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in cytotechnology and laboratory procedures.

• Current certification as a Cytotechnologist (CT) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of cytological examination techniques and laboratory procedures.
