Job Overview

As a Program Director with the Boys & Girls Club Crescent Region, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of all program areas within the Club. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for empowering young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that align with the Club's mission and goals.
  • Supervise and train program staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and community groups.
  • Collaborate with the Executive/Area Director to ensure the Club provides a comprehensive range of pro-social and youth development opportunities.
  • Recruit and retain participants to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in program management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
