Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at PIH Health Whittier Hospital. As a Radiation Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of radiation therapy equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer and other conditions
  • Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including linear accelerators and simulators
  • Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
  • Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • ARRT certification and state licensure
  • Experience with radiation therapy equipment and treatment planning software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a varied schedule, including weekdays and weekends. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
