Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lineman with a CDL to join our transmission and distribution team. As a Lineman, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and associated equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety standards.

About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of formal training or 8 years of on-the-job experience in the electrical trade. You will be required to work at heights, climb poles, and operate heavy machinery. A Class A Lineman must be able to read and communicate effectively in English and have a valid CDL class B within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and associated equipment
- Utilize line trucks, aerial booms, helicopters, ladders, lifts, and wire pulling equipment
- Work alone or direct the work of Class B Linemen in the air
- Perform maintenance of lines and services, including pole climbing, hot sticking, and working out of truck-mounted buckets and lifts
- Operate switches, cutouts, and use grounding devices to work on de-energized lines and equipment
- Train and direct the work of trainees in the trade

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of formal training or 8 years of on-the-job experience in the electrical trade
- Valid CDL class B within 90 days of hire
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
