Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing home health services to seniors in the Staunton/Harrisonburg, VA area.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for making home visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility and range of motion assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training.
- Educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- A current VA Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
