Responsibilities
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot Company services from tap to customer-selected locations.
  • Utilize network tools and troubleshooting knowledge to resolve network problems.
  • Educate customers about installed products, explaining waivers, agreements, customer release forms, charges, and billing procedures.
  • Determine customer current service levels, inquire about customer preferences and needs, and recommend service upgrades or additional products.
  • Resolve or escalate customer complaints as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate in person and by telephone.
  • Ability to drive Company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics and electronics.
  • Skill in using a Windows-based computer.
