About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Master Metal Fabricator to join our team at JAM Works LLC, a leading OEM specializing in custom equipment, robotic work-cells, and factory automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC laser cutting and brake forming processes, ensuring high-quality production and precision work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines to fabricate intricate metal parts.
• Set up and operate CNC brake presses for bending and shaping metal sheets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure quality control by conducting inspections of finished products.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication, specifically with CNC laser cutting and brake forming.
• Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a fabrication environment.
