Position Summary: We are looking for a committed Automotive Service Inspector to become a vital part of our professional team. In this role, you will help uphold our high standards of service by ensuring vehicles meet state inspection requirements. With access to top-tier equipment, you will have the chance to demonstrate your skills while contributing to our team's overall success.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to verify compliance with state regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
- Identify and report any issues or safety concerns discovered during inspections and maintenance.
- Complete work orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Enhance our positive work culture by promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a dedication to quality.
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair methods.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to obtain state inspection certification within a designated timeframe, if not already certified.
- Certification from a recognized automotive training institution.
- Experience with specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
