About the Role:
STGi is seeking a skilled Physician to lead our primary care team in providing exceptional medical services to our patients. As a Primary Care Physician Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring seamless operations within our clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive primary care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Medicine from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
