Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a key member of our nutrition care team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized plans of care for patients with complex nutritional needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop evidence-based plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and healthcare staff on proper nutrition and meal planning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and clinical guidelines to ensure the highest level of care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Dietitian certification issued by the state in which you practice.
- Dietitian (RD) registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a related field.
- Completion of a CADE-accredited internship or coordinated dietetic program.
- Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
