Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a key member of our nutrition care team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized plans of care for patients with complex nutritional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop evidence-based plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and healthcare staff on proper nutrition and meal planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and clinical guidelines to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Dietitian certification issued by the state in which you practice.
  • Dietitian (RD) registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a related field.
  • Completion of a CADE-accredited internship or coordinated dietetic program.
  • Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
