Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Servers to join our team and represent The Armory's Premium Experience program. This initiative is centered around providing an unparalleled concert experience to our most valued clients in a sophisticated and attentive setting.

Working in a concert venue offers a vibrant atmosphere with exceptional guests, all within a dynamic environment. The role of the Server includes being the primary contact for suite holders and guests, greeting them warmly, taking food and beverage orders, preparing and delivering those orders, and catering to the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and represent a high standard of service
- Greet guests upon arrival, serving as the main point of contact
- Familiarize yourself with menu offerings
- Accurately take food and beverage orders
- Prepare and deliver orders efficiently
- Manage tabs using point of sale systems
- Maintain a tidy working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Clean suite areas before and after events to ensure readiness for subsequent events

Work Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Health and Safety Considerations:
Facilities are regularly sanitized, hand sanitizer is readily available, and masks are provided for team members as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Host or Server is preferred
- Professional appearance and attire are essential
- Understanding of restaurant and venue etiquette
- Experience with point of sale systems, especially iPad-based applications, is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills to monitor surroundings
- Good physical condition to stand and walk throughout the shift
