Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support the design and analysis of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and experience with test equipment and technical data development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and fabricate projects for test equipment and processes
- Review engineering specifications, drawings, and engineering artifacts to propose design modifications
- Research materials and equipment costs using background knowledge
- Develop technical drawings, assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials
- Assess and provide technical directions based on findings
- Provide technical guidance as needed
- Stay current on product technical and regulatory changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of relevant/technical work experience or an additional 3 years of specific work experience in lieu of degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling applications
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- CAD experience (Solidworks, Inventor, or AutoCAD)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to evaluate and solve complex technical problems
- Ability to work in a flexible team environment
- Ability to work independently
