Job Summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care services under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer COVID- and flu vaccinations to patients, ensuring compliance with established standards of practice and policy.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including screening for COVID- and flu immunizations, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate basic leadership qualities to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and referral sources to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities, as assigned, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Prepare and submit documentation outlining services rendered within the required timeframe.
Requirements
  • Minimum years of experience providing specialty nursing care, such as infusion therapy, maternal-child health, disease state management, or pediatrics.
  • At least three months of experience working in Home Health, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Current CPR certification and evidence of basic leadership skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions and communicate effectively with team members, patients, caregivers, physicians, and referral sources.
Education and Certification
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
