A Physical Therapist is a licensed healthcare professional who helps patients improve their mobility and reduce pain. They work with individuals who have injuries, disabilities, or other health conditions that limit their ability to move or function.

  • Evaluation: Review patient medical history and referrals, and observe patients' movements and concerns.
  • Treatment Planning: Create individualized plans that outline goals and expected outcomes.
  • Treatment: Utilize exercises, stretching, hands-on therapy, and equipment to help patients achieve optimal recovery.
  • Progress Evaluation: Monitor and record patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Education and Training: Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, and train patients in the use of assistive devices and activities of daily living programs.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and charts, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
